Thick lush chocolate peachy deliciousness Soft fresh very ripe organic peaches are best for this recipe. Since this is made in a high speed blender,to keep the drink really cold while blending, peel pit and freeze the peach before making. Otherwise, chill before drinking. If possible, use raw organic cacao.
2 small coctails
Rose Wine, chilled 1/2 cup
Peach peeled, pitted and frozen 1
Cacao powder, nonalkalai 1 1/2 teaspoons
Orange flower water 1/8 teaspoon
cinnamon 1/8 teaspoon
Cacao Nips for garnish
Put the first five ingredients in a high speed blender.
Blend on highest speed until frothy.
Pour into two beautiful cocktail glasses.
Sprinkle with cacao nibs.
