Create Membership Programs
Setup a new recurring billing membership. These memberships can be billed monthly, quarterly or annually.
A few things to note:

PeopleVine is known for its robust Membership Management and the data we capture back
to the CRM record. With over 60 out of the box experiences in PeopleVine, you can capture
more data across more interactions than any other
platform (even combined). Every time a member, prospective member or customer engages
with you, that interaction and all the touchpoints before and after will be tied to one CRM profile.

The PeopleVine Membership engine is comprised of both the Membership Program and
the Billable Service associated with it. This enables you to control access to your digital
and physical space through automated billing or simply set expiration dates for ID cards
and all access is lost when it expires.

PeopleVine memberships help convert plastic cards into digitial cards, easily accessible on a member's phone. This
is a great alternative for loyalty cards, insurance cards, membership cards and more! Membership cards can
also be used to pull up event tickets, coupons and more, making everything more accessible to your customer.

Set Up Rooms
We're sure your space has rooms and amenities that you would like for your members to use. The PeopleVine Scheduler Engine provides you with the ability to book a multi-slot
engagement (e.g. a room booking or a projector rental). Get started mapping out your space's rooms below!

Upload Your People
You can import your existing contacts/people directly into the PeopleVine CRM from a CSV file or from your existing database.

Be sure to save/convert your file to a CSV (Comma Separated Values) file.

Be sure that your first row contains the title of each field (and no line breaks). This makes it easier to map the data.

Our system will automatically merge any data associated with the same email address or mobile number.
